Postage/Packing
Regardless of how many pieces ordered we will add £5 postage and packing per delivery, for addresses within the UK.
Items are sent via Royal Mail, Special Delivery which is a next day ‘signed for’ service.
We are happy to ship overseas but would need to discuss extra postage costs with you so please email your order and we will contact you.
All items are handmade so please allow 28 days for delivery from date of order.
If you require your order urgently please email or phone and we will always try to help.
Every piece of jewellery is presented in white tissue, packed in a quality gift box with makers card.
Due to the handmade nature of the jewellery in our range we cannot guarantee that the item ordered will be identical to the item in the photo on our web site.
Returns
Please advise us immediately if any items in your order arrive damaged.
Earrings and any items that have been made to order may not be returned.
If you are unhappy with any items ordered you must inform us immediately.
Items returned within 7 days can be replaced or refunded.
We will not refund the postage for the original order or the postage cost for returning the item unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged.
